   Install new Energy Star 26W GU24 CFL fixtures.
2. Common Area Hallway
   Install new Energy Star 26W GU24 CFL fixtures and retrofit Exit signs with LED technology.
3. Common Area Starwells
   Install new Energy Star 26W GU24 CFL fixtures and retrofit Exit signs with LED technology.
4. Include all materials, labour, incentive administration and waste management
